Contacting Support by Help>Email support – not working

There is a function in Poles ‘n’ Wires that creates a new email and attaches your database and options, with file version information. But the function does not work on all systems, or there may be some other reason preventing the function from working.

If the function does not work for you, follow these steps:

  1. go to the Poles ‘n’ Wires data directory – C:\ProgramData\PowerMation\PolesnWires. If you can’t find this directory see our how-to video at https://youtu.be/UphV3GDrL3M
  2. send pnwdata.xml, pnwdata-custom-poles.xml and pnw.ini to support@polesnwires.com
  3. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\PowerMation\Poles ‘n’ Wires
  4. run filever.exe and send the report it generates
