Contacting Support

When you contact us it helps both of us if you provide as much information as you can about the issue you have.

There is a function built into the program to create an email containing your options, database and file version information. This is accessible on the main window under Help>Email Support.

When you click this menu item an email is generated. Send with email with any relevant project files.
