Energex’s pole type ZZ

You may be advised a pole is a species ZZ following a pole inspection by Energex. This means the inspector was unable to verify the species of the pole. These poles are nearly always old “bush” poles. Energex’s Overhead Design Manual says you may assume a bush pole is class S2, which is available in the Species database for use in the Pole Strength module.
